Solution Description
PST built a complete interactive, data-driven website which allows
users to "customize" homes by selecting homesites, floor plans, etc. PST
also build a secure "back-end" for the site allowing Hallmark staff to update
the main site on their own.

homes. Also, the site allows customers to view and even make selections,
in effect custom-building homes online. The site notifies Hallmark staff
of such selections for sales purposes. In addition, Hallmark staff can
maintain the website on their own through a secure "back-end" web-based

Savannah for new or existing homes, and increasing numbers have
taken to the Internet in this search. Hallmark Homes can take advantage of this
trend by having a professional, interactive website available
for consumers to view and select neighborhoods, homesites, floor plans,
and existing homes. The site itself would automatically notify Hallmark
staff when customers register on the site or make selections. This
process desired is, in effect, automatic pre-qualification of customers for the
sales staff.
Solution
PST developed the website using the latest ASP.NET technology and a Microsoft
SQL Server database. The site organizes the Hallmark "inventory" of homesites,
floor plans and homes into a set of neigbhorhoods. Viewers can see
details of the neighborhoods, various homesites, plans, homes, etc.
Viewers can also register with the site and then select combinations of
neighborhoods, homesites, and floorplans (with options), thus creating
customized homes online. Hallmark sales staff is notified by email
whenever viewers register or make selections.
In addition, PST built a secure "back-end" for the site,
allowing Hallmark staff to maintain their main website - add, modify, or remove
neighborhoods, homesites, floor plans, options, and available existing homes.
