CapGrow Partners was using MS Excel to track a wide variety of data for investments in rental properties:
owners, properties, investors, leases, lessees, etc. The goal was to create spreadsheets that tracked and displeyed
the interaction of all these entities, showing incomes, expenditures, investment payouts, etc.
Solution
PST developed an alternative using MS Access, but included complex computations in queries and
modules. The result is an application that allows the user to enter properties, owners, investors,
leases, expenses, etc, ONE-TIME, as in a database, yet DISPLAY this information for selected
years, quarters, or months, as a SPREADSHEET would.
