Our classroom learning environment is well above the standard. We provide state of the art classrooms, the latest in software, hardware, books, visual aids and a methodology that is highly regarded in this competitive industry. We limit attendance to 12 in a room and if more are requested, we have another instructor to assist. Unlike most training companies in the U.S. we try not to cancel classes due to low enrollment. Every class at PST comes with phone support for questions, and a retake guarantee.

All PST instructors go through a Train-the-Trainer once a year, and are periodically observed by a MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) on staff. In addition, they have real world experience with the software, as well as being certified. Certification is very important at PST, and our instructors are constantly upgrading their skills. PST participates in conferences and seminars held throughout the country, and often send trainers to these events to stay current with the rapidly changing demands of our industry.
